Resolving disputes

Any disagreement, dispute or assertion arising from or in connection with this Policy will be subject to the laws of India and resolved through confidential and binding arbitration in Bengaluru. The arbitrator’s decision, which will be documented in writing, will be considered final and binding for both parties.
